Labor & Birth Doula
$1200
With this service, I provide the birth person with emotional, physical and educational support while expecting, while experiencing labor and/or has just given birth. I find it to be my purpose in this area to help the birthing person to have a safe, memorable and empowering birthing experience.
Postpartum Doula
$35/hr – Night Rate $40/hr
With this service, I provide emotional and physical recovery from childbirth, infant soothing and coping skills for new parents and provide information and support for new families. I also provide light housework and meal prep.

Labor was shown to be shorter by about 40 minutes and the babies were less likely to have low Apgar scores at birth.
There is also a 31% decrease in the use of Pitocin with a birth doula and a 16. 28% decrease in the risk of C-section with a birth doula.
